CEO and Director of Coastal Properties
Tom has been involved in the management of real estate agencies since 2016. Understanding the needs of sales agents and clients, he is able to achieve a safe and trustworthy environment within the workplace. Tom’s impressive knowledge on the South African Property Law and PPRA regulations incorporates a smooth working company that ensures a sense of ease and confidence for those in his presence. His aim is to create a deep sense of trust within the company and create an open and honest space within Coastal properties for all agents and clients to feel welcomed.
Tom is eager for everyone to come and chat, learn a bit about the South African economy and listen to his advice on investing in our country.
Amy Watkins
Principal and Director of Coastal Properties
Amy decided to become an Estate Agent in June 2016 as she has had a love for property, the market and the people involved in sales. Her service is known to go beyond the sale as she hopes to build long lasting relationships with all her clients.
Amy focuses on off-plan developments and off-plan spec home sales throughout KZN, ranging from Umhlanga through to Sheffield. Always being on top of the changes in our interesting economy, chat to Amy about the benefits of buying off-plan within Durban’s prime locations.
Amy’s real estate qualifications include:
NQF4, PDE4, NQF5 and PDE5.
Mike Watkins

Mike has enjoyed the finance side of life since 2013. Mike assists in the financial department of Coastal Properties as well as offering our clients the in-house services of a construction company at their fingertips.
Being guided by real estate developers his entire life, he has found passion and excitement in building residential homes for anyone who enjoys captivating and charismatic architecture. Mike started up Da Rocca Properties in 2014 and has created an unbelievably beautiful portfolio of luxury homes which can be seen on their website. We love to offer the Da Rocca Properties services to all our Coastal clients who are considering building their dream homes. Da Rocca has taken on personal luxury homes, to large game lodges to high density construction sites. Their professionalism and attention to detail leaves all their clients in awe which is an absolute must in the Coastal Properties family.
